Over 20 years ago, the Noldi Clalüna AG carpentry came up with the idea of capturing the scent and power of Swiss stone pine in a special schnapps. What started as a small passion project quickly became a regional insider tip.
Today, the daughter continues the tradition in the second generation and produces the Swiss stone pine schnapps with the same dedication that characterises the carpentry work. Visitors can not only experience the workshop, but also sample the Swiss stone pine schnapps - a real taste of the Engadin region.
In the heart of the Engadine, Swiss stone pine schnapps has been lovingly produced for 20 years. The Clalüna family carefully collects the cones of the hardy Swiss stone pine and processes them by hand.
